Pavlova Night

My bf really likes Pavlova. I don’t. But thankfully, I am nice and it’s not that hard to make.

If you have never baked before and you want to bake something for an up coming party, try this.

Donna Hay’s Pavlova Recipe

(150ml) egg whites

cup (220g) caster (superfine) sugar

teaspoons cornflour (cornstarch)

1 teaspoon white vinegar

whipped Cream, to serve

fresh fruit, to serve

Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F)

Place the egg whites in a bowl

Beat until soft peaks form

Gradually add the sugar

Sift the cornflour over the egg white mixture

Fold through with the vinegar

Line  an 18cm (7 in) round cake tin with non-stick baking paper

Pile in the mixture

Place it in the oven
